 Launched as part of our commitment to Talent Development and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), this initiative connects emerging female talent with senior leaders from across our business. It’s designed to support the personal and professional development of women ready to take the next step in their careers — and the results speak for themselves. 

Over the past years, we’ve seen incredible stories of growth, confidence, and career progression come out of the program. Mentors and mentees alike have shared how the experience helped build new perspectives, deepen leadership skills, and foster meaningful cross-regional collaboration.
