For 5 years, the Hedis Group has been building its CSR, environmental and societal policy around 3 fundamentals: people, safety at work and respect for our planet. This first CSR Guide reflects what constitutes the “Hedis DNA”.
Our teams work together to ensure not only the economic performance of our group, but also to act to reduce environmental impacts and improve the working conditions of our employees.
Over the past 12 months, everyone’s involvement has been rewarded with three certifications:
The ECOVADIS Gold certification, which is at this level a recognition of our commitment to promoting sustainable business practices, minimizing our environmental impact and fostering ethical relationships with our stakeholders.
This also demonstrates our commitment to creating a positive impact in the field of professional hygiene.
Obtaining the ISO 45001 standard, which is a recognition of our commitment to continuous improvement and our desire to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all our employees.
Great Place To Work reflects our commitment to providing a safe and pleasant working environment where our team thrives and prospers. This “Great Place to Work” certification is proof of our positive corporate culture, our transparency, and our commitment to our employees.
To write this guide, we selected some of the many actions implemented in the 12 Hedis regional subsidiaries.
This is a real collective dynamic that has been underway since 2019 and of which we can be proud. Now, we need to confirm the trend and make it known. Our profession is on the move and our mobilization is only just beginning.
