We are proud to announce the successful completion of a collaborative sustainability project with two Master’s students from HAN University of Applied Sciences, Casper and Jayden. Their work on the “Carbon Roadmap 2030” has not only exceeded expectations but will directly inform our strategic climate actions in the years ahead.
Over the past months, Jasper and Jayden immersed themselves in our operations, engaging with stakeholders across multiple countries and business units. Their mission: to help extend our current carbon roadmap beyond 2025 and identify actionable strategies to reduce emissions across our European operations.
The quality and depth of their analysis were exceptional. Their recommendations are not only practical but aligned with our broader Climate Change Strategy. We are pleased to confirm that several of their proposals will be implemented as part of our next phase of sustainability initiatives.
“This collaboration has been a fantastic example of how academic partnerships can drive real-world impact,” said Francisco Morcillo, Director of Sustainability at Bunzl Continental Europe. “Casper and Jayden brought fresh perspectives, rigorous analysis, and a deep commitment to sustainability. We’re grateful for their contributions and proud to support the next generation of climate leaders.”
