Programme Components

The High Potential Women program is built around four core components, designed to develop well-rounded leaders:

Orienting participants in confidence and influence. Mentees learn how to command the room and lead with credibility, mirroring the professionalism expected at executive level.

Influential Communication

With development of persuasive storytelling, negotiation and impactful presentations, participants gain tools to communicate strategically up, down, and across the organisation.

Strategic Leadership

Guidance on big-picture thinking, change management and driving business results. Under the mentorship of Bunzl’s leaders, women learn to set vision, make data-driven decisions and inspire teams.

Career Development

One-on-one career coaching and goal-setting. Each mentee creates a personalised development plan to chart her path forward
