Last week, we gathered in Chartres and Mignières for two full days of business strategy, site visits, and in-depth discussions with Bunzl France‘s Leadership team.
Diana Breeze our Global Head of People, and Marina Torrellas, our People Director for Continental Europe visited the team, lead by Paul-Alban Riché Director Bunzl France and Cesar Morcillo, HR & HSE Director Bunzl France, bringing global and regional alignment to our conversations.
Day 1: Business & Operations 📊🏭
We started the day at the Groupe HEDIS Fichot site, where we toured the warehouse and met the leadership team. Seeing operations firsthand is always invaluable. The tour was done by Adelina Chopard , Centre et Ile de France Regional Director of Groupe Hedis.

Day 2: People & HR Strategy 🤝🌱
At Mignières, we kicked things off with a behind-the-scenes tour of Groupe PLG’s new warehouse, led by Grégory BESNIER just 15 days before opening. This impressive facility, built to Bunzl’s high Health & Safety standards, marks a major step forward in supporting our teams and future-proofing operations.
We had the pleasure of meeting the very first group of new joiners, who got a rare look at the warehouse while it was still completely empty—before operations begin. They kindly joined us in the photo to capture this exciting moment. We then shifted gears to discuss the future of HR, EHS, and talent development. Special thanks to:
